The team at Insightful Communications have over 10 years experience of planning and running events for a range of audiences and purposes. We understand how important it is to maintain communication with our clients, ensuring they are fully briefed on progress and are involved at all stages of the planning process.

We have planned successful staff conferences, award ceremonies, charitable events and exhibition spaces in the past and can offer on-site support during events if needed.

The Insightful team planned and ran a successful annual staff conference in the Midlands for a national training provider.

The brief: To bring the whole staff team together for a day of team building, communication and celebration

What we did: After liaising with the client to understand their requirements, desired location and budget we sourced a venue in the Midlands that met the client’s brief. After speaking with the client, we knew that they wanted to provide important business updates but also inject a sense of team building and communication in to the day so we researched and secured a team building activity that would meet these requirements. We also organised a staff awards in the afternoon which included designing certificates, sourcing trophies, AV and photography.

The Insightful team planned and ran a successful grand opening for a new beauty academy in Birkenhead.

The brief: To raise awareness of the new beauty academy and the courses that they would be offering to partners and potential learners.

What we did: After liaising with the client to understand their requirements, we developed an event plan that included pre-event activity and evaluation metrics. Catering, decoration, entertainment and beauty demonstrations were all considered to ensure the client’s brief was met. We promoted the event to local partners and externally using various digital tactics and PR and ran the event on the evening for the client. This included briefing models, welcoming guests and entertainers, live social media and photography.
