Branding and graphic design

Brief: Skillsfirst are a national awarding organisation, with an established brand. They wanted us to reproduce their Branding Book so that it was fully reflective of their brand, to coincide with the launch of their new website. In addition to this, they also asked for templates to be created to promote brand continuity by colleagues across their business.

Tactics utilised: After meeting with them to determine their requirements, our Account Manager briefed their requirements into our designer, who set about creating a new Branding Book which incorporated their existing typography, logos, colour processes and style. We also created various Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates for their wider team to use in their day-to-day activities.

The client was so impressed with some of the concepts we created based upon our interpretation of their brand and understanding of their market offer, that they went on to commission us for the creation of further leaflets and adverts. They also asked us to create a logo for a new product that they were launching into the market place.

Just a quick note to say how impressed we were with the work Sarah and her team have undertaken for us on our brand guidelines. They presented some very refreshing ideas, which we’ll certainly incorporate moving forwards.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Insightful Communications to other organisations and we’ll certainly be using them for all of our design work in the future!
