Brief: Our client asked us to work with them on a range of creative and digital marketing services to support their brand growth. They initially needed us to create a new brand for them, before rolling this out across of range of print and digital media. We then implemented a strategical marketing and communications plan, to help them to grow their brand awareness, and generate leads.
Tactics utilised: To achieve this brief, our Account Manager worked closely with a manager who headed up this arm of the business to understand the target audience, persona of that audience, the core offer and desired outcomes of the marketing activities. The branding needed to be bold and contemporary and suitable for the hair and beauty sector. However, the client also wanted the parent company name included, meaning we needed to consider the best way to present all this in one brand, whilst ensuring it would still transfer to various print and digital tactics. Once we had agreed the brand, the Insightful team then went on to implement a strategic digital and creative marketing campaign that included social media, Google Adword campaigns and SEO. Activity included;
- Creation of logo and branding guidelines
- Creation of branded toolkit for use with all resources
- Design and sourcing print for a range of marketing literature including postcards, pull-up banners and posters
- Social media activity, organic and paid
- Google Adword campaigns
- Event management.
Impact: We helped the client to;
- Grow their Facebook followers by 1,951% over a 12 month period
- Achieve a Return On Investment from social media campaigns of 1,154% over a 3 month period
- Earn a 8,380% Return On Investment from Google Ads campaigns.
